So I've been a long time customer of Flower Knows (Like, early 2020 long time) and I've been a lover of their lip products, especially their glossy type. I recently bought their Midsummer Fairytale gloss in the shade G04, I received it on the 14th and today when I opened it to use it, I noticed that the product was separating. It was completely fine when I had received it but for some reason now all I get is oil. I tried to take some pictures so you can see what I mean.
I don't know what could have happened, I've only seen this when I have expired lipsticks, I''ve never seen this with newly bought makeup before. Does anybody have any idea how this happened? Or how I can possibly fix this? I'm a college student so Flower Knows is a bit of a splurge purchase for me, it would be such a waste for me to stop using it. I've tried mixing the product around with the wand, I tried shaking it vigorously but still nothing 💔
Also, if anyone else has this gloss please tell me if you've had a similar experience, I placed an order for another shade from this line before I opened this one, if it's a problem with the formula I might still be able to return it 🥹
