For eye shadow I like Clio No Standards palette for neutral. RMS beauty ReDimension Hydra in French rose is my all time favourite blush, it looks like the Cookie Blusher and romn&nd strawberry milk you posted!
For fair skin, Romand’s N01 Nutty Nude blush works great too!
This is useful, I have difficulty finding neutral lip products partly because web images n actual products sometimes differ in tone n I’m also a bit daft.. so Thank u, OP. I am saving this as a guide..
