Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Cream

Hello! I am new here. I just discovered Sulwhasoo after meeting a beautiful Asian woman, in my reformer Pilates class, whose skin I admired and complimented, and this is what she uses and recommended. I ordered a Perfecting Daily Routine Kit from YesStyle and immediately fell in love, as I finally found “the one”! I didn’t like the scent of the cream initially but it grew on me. Fast forward to a week ago, I ordered direct from the Sulwhasoo site. It was just in time as I had run out of the cream. I ordered alot of items, making it a large order and received several free mini items and samples. I thought I had ordered the same Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream EX Classic that I had used in the kit, however the large jar that I just received is Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream. I contacted Sulwhasoo customer care, and learned the following:
“Thank you for following up with us.
We extend our sincerest apologies for any confusion. The Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream is enhanced with a lighter, softer formula for better absorption. This is great for those with oilier skin types.

The Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream Classic is a richer texture that is more emollient and better suited for those with drier skin types.”

So my question is: why can I not purchase the EX from Sulwhasoo and only on other sites like YesStyle? Is it different from the Classic or is it the same? Did packaging change?
Because the one I just received, is lighter in scent, color, and texture. I liked the one I initially tried, as it was a pale yellow color, thicker, richer, and stronger scented. Thank you!
