I’ll start with ones I disliked, skin is sensitive combo leaning more towards dry with some eczema (red patches easily aggravated into hives) on the cheeks. Also want to add that I read several times that k-beauty sunscreens are more advanced texture-wise but their protection doesn’t compete with EU sunscreens. I don’t know for sure.

beauty of joseon: could be that it has probiotics in it that didn’t agree with my skin, but I ended up with a flushed face. It’s also too greasy for me, so if you’re a combo or oily skin I would skip the moisturizer step and just use this as a moisturizer

Numbuzin sunscreen: the texture is interesting, very thick gel-like that spreads easily and doesn’t pill, worked well for me as a “primer”. Unfortunately, it irritated my skin (red patches and small red pimples/hives, no white heads)

skin1004: ok I really dislike this one 🫢 the texture, the finish and the protection are all subpar for me. It dried me out a little as well
Ones that I liked:
– Beauty of Joseon sunstick: I read someone describing it as gliding a candle on your face and thought that was hilariously accurate 😂 but it mattifies the grease from my am routine and is very easy to use, also perfect for touch ups
- My fav: Neogen airy sunscreen! I LOVE the finish which is definitely dewy but not greasy, and it feels luxurious. It has a smell that I hate but it fades, spreads easily, didn’t pill for me so far, doesn’t make my face oily throughout the day and I believe it has the highest protection out of all the ones shown here. Also the least one to give me sunburns or irritations
Everything else is just okay, I will probably use them on my hands, neck and feet
I got a couple more coming from Anessa, Abib and Mary&May. Will review them as well if you’re interested
