These are magnetic “ice” gel nails done by Korean nail artists. (Specifically blingstar_nail on Instagram as shown in your photos).
The Blingstar artist uses gel polish from a Korean brand, [JelAndGel](https://www.instagram.com/jelandgel___office/). But you can find similar polishes from various retailers such as [here](https://sweetienailsupply.com/products/doi-magnet-gel-1) or [here](https://zillabeau.com/products/angel-eyes-magnetic-gel).
so my suggestion isn’t the exact same, BUT! you can get a somewhat similar look with jelly nail polishes! I use the Romand mood nail polishes. They are very sheer, so you can do a light layer and have it look somewhat similar to these. It is a good nail polish too! You can also build it up to be a full xoverage color.
Aurora Nail Supply also sells magnetic gels that do this. They ship to Europe too. You can also likely find some that do this on Amazon if you search for ‘cateye gel polish’. The second picture looks like an ombré of two maybe even 3 syrup polishes. There are various videos on how to ombré on YouTube and the colors I think would be easy to find similar of. Buyee.jp can order products for you from Japan. If you really wanted to you can order those exact Conatsu polishes instead of similar colors.
