I just noticed that my saem cover perfection triple pot concealer looks wet and has a bunch of dots 😭
It looks like bacterial growth but i’ve had it for a while and this seemed to pop up over the span of 2-3 days (i had just used it on friday). The only factors i can think of is that it has been pretty hot/humid lately and i’m not 100% sure that i closed the lid all the way. If I didn’t close the lid all the way, that’s on me and probably why.
That aside, does anyone know if I can just scrape off the top layer and spray the surface with rubbing alcohol? Or should I just toss the whole thing 🥲🥲
super bummed since I love this concealer and don’t want to wait 1+ months for a new one to arrive

It’s normal, it’s happened to lipstick too, esp in hot humid country.

Did you keep it in the sun/warm room/the room temperature fluctuates due to air conditioning? If so, I recommend you store it in a drawer or cupboard that’s not directly in the line of the cold air from air conditioning.
I live in Singapore and I keep my makeup items stashed away in a place that’ll never see the sun (window on the opposite end, cupboard faces away from the window and away from the cold air that comes from air conditioning)
The environment you reside in is humid; they require a dry environment.
