Hi everyone and thank you for your patience and for this incredible growth to the community. As a volunteer team of enthusiasts, we of course want to hear from all of you especially as we continue to get bigger and community needs evolve; truthfully the years passed and we realized it has been since we hit 200k that the mods have done a community survey. As such, we’ve designed this post to reflect similar questions to what we asked [back in 2017](https://www.reddit.com/r/AsianBeauty/comments/6gpvx2/528_survey_results_next_steps_mod_post/) and incorporated direct questions based on themes in the community post by [](https://www.reddit.com/r/AsianBeauty/comments/1ce2c8t/why_is_it_so_hard_to_post_in_this_sub/).
Our hope is to provide an actionable forum for anyone who wants to share feedback–good, bad, indifferent–to help shape the future of the community.
