Rare Beauty – Always an Optimist eyeshadow primer. Loved it! I found my holy grail, already opened a fresh new one. It ticks all the boxes I need for an eyeshadow primer to be good: eyeshadows stay in place all day, colours result more vibrant and it doesn’t affect the blendability of any formula.
