I don’t feel like these shimmers stay on as long as I’d like, so panning them is a little too easy for me. This one’s still my go-to though. She’s gorgeous, without being ridiculously strong. Quite flaky though, just gets everywhere.
I don’t deserve any credit for Bloom. That one was from dropping the pallette.
