Are these the old formula?

Hi everyone! I was recently at TJMaxx and recently bought this Laneige cream skin toner (4oz). I didn’t open it for a couple days since I was convinced it was the new formula, but did I get lucky and run into the old formula?? I went back right after opening the 4oz to buy another, but only found the mist! I know this packaging is for the old formula but I feel like I’m just in disbelief and want someone to verify😭
