Recently became interested in the benefits of red light therapy panels and started researching a bit to check out what’s out there. There are some available in Western countries, not many. A lot of them look simple/bulky (you can buy on Amazon) and has 1-2 functions.
Then I started looking in Asia and they have way more options and many of them are lot more sophisticated/advanced both technological-wise and look-wise.
Does anyone use Asian red light beauty devices and have more insight/experience on whether they are more effective or just a gimmick?
