6% Tranexamic Acid Cream by Derma Factory

Has anyone tried this cream? Is 6% safe to be used on the skin? If you already use a TN serum, would you add this to your routine for a greater effect?

And this brand also sells 13% Tranexamic Acid in Serum form. What do you guys think about this?
