For example, she put Naturium in the “grey area” for not replying to her yet. Whatever you think of Susan Yara, her company barely has a physical retail presence anywhere let alone China. CFK has no reason to think they are being tested on animals aside from them not replying to her yet. [And they apparently did already confirm their cruelty free status with a different well known blogger Ethical Elephant](https://ethicalelephant.com/is-naturium-cruelty-free-vegan/).

CFK also did this to Rare Beauty before they finally got back to her, and she’s made false statements about Charlotte Tilbury before too because she didn’t know how the pop-up shops work.

She words it on her blog like this:

> Some brands that fall under this category refuse to share their complete animal testing policy or answer questions about their cruelty-free status.

Which is misleading because she’s making any brand that doesn’t reply to her for whatever reason seem like they are hiding something on purpose when they may just not care about her or know who she is. And totally ignoring that they did reply to another well-known blogger already.

CFK needs to realize she’s just a blogger not the FDA and not every company is going to make answering her questions their top priority or even have a clue who she is. They are lots of reasons a company may not get back to her right away, especially when she sends a laundry list of questions and they have to take time to answer them, plus they may need to run it through other departments like legal and PR. Or whatever intern filters the company’s communication could have thought she was spam or just lost the message.
