I love sunsticks because most of them will leave a matte finish that feels ultra light so I can keep applying it throughout the day. I’ve tried quite a few, and some notable ones not pictured here is the Skin 1004 Centella and the Round Lab birch juice.
The Isntree HA sunstick in the picture is probably my 6th or 7th re-order. It just feels so good on my skin. This finish is smooth, blurring, (and this is going to sound weird) the resistance as it glides on my skin makes it feel kinda premium! I’ll apply their sun gel during my AM routine and keep this one in my bag to touch up throughout the day, and Iove that it doesn’t ever smudge any makeup I’m wearing. I think the wedge shape is absolute genius, as I can get really close to my eye and other nooks.
I purchased the BoJ Matte Sunstick because I had the sun cream from them. For whatever reason if I apply a sunscreen from one particular brand then the sunstick throughout the day must come from the same brand 🤣. It gets lots of hype on Tiktok because of the mattifying effects, and I think you can even use this just for that purpose. My skin is very dry, but with moisturizer and sunscreen, it can get shiny looking very fast. And this product will definitely help tone that down.
The Shiseido clear sunstick was an impulse Sephora purchase. It feels just good as the Isntree with a nice scent, but it is like double almost triple the price. So I don’t think I’ll get it again 😅.

Interestingly, I also have three sun sticks and they’re the same exact ones you have! I love the insntree one but it snapped in half after my third time using it 🙃
Loveeee Round Lab sunstick. I will be trying out isnttree after finishing the Abib one. Cant wait!
