I’m sorry for being a bad photographer, but hopefully this will still be useful for someone. I started wearing brown mascara a little while ago because I think it suits me better, and just got the rom&nd one, so I wanted to compare the three. My eyes are also pretty uneven, so it’s hard to get good angles.
My Heroine Make mascara has been open for about two years, so I will be throwing it out after this post. The Canmake mascara has been open for a few months, and the rom&nd is completely new.I like them all, but I probably won’t repurchase the Heroine Make unless I need something really smudge-proof, for two reasons: 1) the packaging is so bulky and wasteful and 2) the fibers irritate my eyes. Canmake is fiber-free, and romn&nd seems to be the same.
Canmake has a tiny brush and tube, which makes it super portable and easy to use on small eyes. The other two brushes are medium sized and curved. Color-wise, they all look pretty similar with the Heroine Make being the only warm brown, but my natural lashes are somewhat dark already, so that probably plays a role. I don’t have any issues with my lashes drooping, but I rarely do unless the mascara is really wet and heavy (mostly Western mascaras with giant brushes).
