Two of my favorite products, and I love the symmetry of having two empties from both of them.
Innisfree no sebum mineral powder: HG setting powder. Light and very finely milled, talc free. It doesn’t cake (unless you really are heavy handed on the makeup) and a single light sweep with a kabuki brush is enough to mattify without being obvious. Especially helpful for workweek mornings after applying sunscreen to get rid of that slight ick, or the very slight overglow from a few layers of skincare in the morning if no time to fully “dry out”. The best part is that it’s so affordable at sub $10. I’ve tried Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Mac etc but all are at least three times the price (for a smaller size) and I don’t see significant difference in effect to justify the multiple price tag.
Jurlique rare rose serum: A great daytime serum with natural ingredients, a nice break from serums applied at night with more active ingredients. The smell is a light lovely rose scent and the ingredients are all natural flower extracts!
