Rohto Pharmaceuticals came out with a new brand called Bloomio that features their original ingredient compound called “Blue ceramides”.
I haven’t seen talk of it yet in English spaces so I wanted to share (yes, mostly shameless plug) my blog where I discuss mostly Japanese beauty products but also some Korean beauty products as well (some day😅).
