Hey all, I recently purchased the Im From Rice toner, that’s touted to have 77% rice extract, excited to see its benefits on my skin. But when I received it today and looked at the ingredients on the box, the first ingredient is aqua, followed by like 6 other ingredients until the rice extract is found. The product is advertised as containing 77% rice extract (first ingredient), but according to my bottle it would be less than 1%. Did they change the ingredients recently, how can it be called a rice toner anymore?! I purchased it from skinsider.
