ETUDE ⏩️ Replay “Secret Cake Box” Palette [Last Swatches and Review]

Hello AB community,

This is my last post on the ETUDE Replay collection. This is the third palette called Secret Cake Box. I tried to take good pics but keep in mind the natural light is really not good in my country during the winter. It has been raining for days 😅

*Packaging :*
The tapes are thicker than most plastic palettes I own. They feel very sturdy and are very pretty. They’re not too difficult to open even though my nails are a bit too long at the moment. I like that they fit perfectly in the palm of my hand.

*Colors :*
Pink Beige : very nice neutral shade. I find it extremely flattering and natural on my skintone because its basically the color of my bare lips 🙂
Rose Blending Tea : slightly warmer deeper shade with rose/gold shimmer.I personally prefer matte shades that are strictly matte but I can use it just fine because it’s extremely subtle and the shimmer doesn’t impact the pigmentation.
Secret Cake Box : when I first swatched it I thought it was almost identical to Cherry Coke in the Legendary Taro Cherry palette, but they’re actually different. This one is slightly more opaque and has gold/copper shimmer, not purple glitter.
Sweet Potato Chip : very cool toned brown. It’s more muted and cool toned than the darkest shade in LTC.

*Overall :* I was scared this would be too warm on me but I was dead wrong. They’re very natural soft colors that would suit a lot of people. Only thing missing is a highlight shade 🙂
They’re not very long-lasting but they’re easy to work with with a good primer.
Also, I find that I can use almost all shades on their own for a very simple eye look. This is a very good palette for everyday looks with not a lot of depth.
