I’ve been aggressive hate panning this for about 6 months straight barring weekends and I’m just over it. I was here for the pan but I so so bored. Have you given up? I’ve tried the eye tutorials on YT featuring this palette but I’m a 40yo mum with kids and I just don’t have time to do the drama eyes everyday.
I have a 7yo I’m going to give for makeup to smash after a spray with makeup brush sanitizer and a stay in the hot water cupboard for a couple of days.
In the last couple of days I’ve been going for more of a swipe lid easy day eye with either CT Eyes to Mesmerise or Hourglass Scattered Lights ES. Saving time and finding the joy of an easy shimmer eye.

    1. It’s okay to be done, you did an awesome job to get that far! If it’s not working for you then pass it on. Life is too short to hate the products you are using every day.

    2. Awesome job! As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to appreciate a good “one and done” shade. CT eyes to mesmerize shadows in oyster pearl and amber gold are my favorites.

I think u have done great and I think you can let it go. It’s interesting to see how others are using palettes, that bronze color was the 1st to go for me for example.

    4. Sticking with one palette for 6 months straight is really impressive. It’s ok to be done or even put it away for awhile and come back to it. I rotate thru my eye palettes and I’m not concerned about panning them since they’re more of a collection for me. If I hit pan great but I only have two eyes and so much time.

    5. I think you did awesome and feel free to throw out this palette, you’ve gotten your money’s worth. Good job!!

I agree with others that it’s more than okay to let it go. Most people don’t even get half the use you did out of this! I must say, I am impressed not only by your number of pans, but how clean the palette itself is. ABH cosmetics are notoriously powdered with fall-out and my palette looked a mess almost immediately.

    7. Its ok to be bored! When I’m getting bored with panning a palette:
      a) creating new shades from leftovers. Combine shimmers into one new shade. Don’t worry if this new shade wont work.
      b) multitasking. Maybe as a new blush, highlighter or bronzer? Those small eyeshadows are like mini samples so it helps me to curve my spending in those.
      c) bring anither palette. Maybe its just one or two shades that can make a difference.

    8. You’ve done great. Honestly I don’t think a palette like ABH is worth panning especially when they’re too dramatic or just boring. Don’t feel obligated to pan it.

You did great. The battle is won. You did a great job.
Listen to me. I’m at the part of my life where I have like 7 palettes (some expensive ones too) and I actually only us 2. if the shadows on the other palettes turn moldy, it was a waste.
You really got the value out of your product. So your buy was genuenly worth it and it’s okay to swap it up. But do try to stick to those neutrals. They are more wearable. You could switch it up by getting a different brand.
