I got married last year, and in preparation I did a pretty nice skincare regimen! It’s now pretty much gone, although I did score some good deals on Black Friday to stock up on some Elemis and Charlotte Tilbury stuff this year 🙂 this shows about 6 months of use.

    Moisturisers:

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Light: got this as part of a mystery box. It’s.. ok. It is nice but I much prefer the og Magic Cream. WNRP, but wouldn’t be too sad to receive in a mystery box either.

Tacha the Water Cream (50ml and 2x 10ml): this is really lovely, I used it as a night cream and it sat well over my serums etc. However, I find its effects are pretty similar (to me) to Clinique moisture surge, which is a lot more budget friendly! Can’t deny the pot is nice. WRP once I financially recover from buying this.

    Serums:

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Serum Crystal Elixir: this is wonderful, makes my skin really smooth and bright. Have already repurchased in whopping 100ml size 🫣

Tacha the dewy serum: I really liked this and it gave me lovely glowy skin. I used it at night with the water cream and it made my skin really soft. Again though, like the Water Cream, although it’s lovely, I don’t think it’s worth the cost. I have previously used Drunk Elephant B- Hydra Serum, which is pretty nice. WRP if I win big on a scratch card.

    Eyes:

Beauty Pie pure ceramide elastic boost eye serum: I got this as part of a value set, and I really liked it! Was nice with the little rollerballs in the morning. WRP

Tacha the silk peony melting eye cream: I used this at night and I genuinely think it made my dark circles look a little better and the whole area brighter. It’s spendy. It’s probably a con, but WRP. Bonus for the cute flower in the lid.

    Cleansers:

Tacha camellia cleansing oil: I loved this. 1 pump is all you need to melt makeup and this bottle lasted about a year. WRP, althoug there are cheaper ones out there.

Elemis pro collagen marine cleanser: this is lovely. Love the smell, love how it makes my face feel, love when it features in a value gift pack. WRP once I’ve finished my others.

As you can probably guess, I took advantage of the gwp with Tacha last year. Am proud I resisted this time. I would say, although it’s the most expensive skincare I think I’ve ever purchased, it lasts much longer than I would expect. Lmk if you need more info 🙂
