Trying this again 😭 Does anyone have experience with AB products containing phytoestrogen? Specifically plant based phytoestrogen and not prescription estrogen or estrogen derived from animals

If you don’t get any responses maybe look up specific products that have phytoestrogen to see their reviews.
Sounds like a gimmick to me. And phytoestrogen has nothing to do with estrogen
