[Definitely let me know your thoughts if you have sensitive skin and tried this oil + all recs appreciated 🫶🏻]

Let me start with the fact that I’ve never posted anything on reddit but oh boy I’m so disappointed from this oil, i got the full size as a gift on Stylevana so I didn’t order the oil I was initially eyeing (the Muji mild oil cleanser).

My skin (combo, acne prone and sensitive) loves almost every product from this brand and especially this line, well anything with cica really, so silly me didn’t bother checking the ingredients list thoroughly because i saw ppl here raving about it and saying how it’s a light oil that works wonders even for sensitive skin, and it actually IS marketed towards sensitive skin, so if i was someone with zero knowledge of ingredients in skincare i would be fuming.

I know everyone’s skin is different, but how can anything with limonene/linalool/bergamot oil in it be marketed as sensitive skin friendly when they are common skin sensitizers? First of all I CANNOT even stand the smell (literally smells like anti mosquito candles) but I wanted to give it a chance and like an hour later my nose and cheeks were covered in red, rash like spots and even now 3 days after I’m still suffering the consequences.

I’m glad the oil works for some of y’all, but for anyone with sensitive skin stay safe out there😬
Definitely not making the same mistake again and will be properly checking inci even on products I’m not paying for 🥴

Thanks to anyone who actually listened to my rant hopefully if I ever post again it will be in a more positive light 🤞🏻

You may have a bit more luck with the hado labo oil cleanser, it doesn’t have fragrance and is acne safe and fairly cheap
