The toner was just part of Ulta’s skincare event, and I got the cleanser refill in the last skincare event, both 50% off. I only ever buy them on sale because they are always in those sales! I’m replacing the Neutrogena products with other things to try to save on money a little bit, but I love them and have repurchased several times.
