Innisfree toner – different packaging?

I bought the toner on the left months ago from Sephora and really liked it. So I just went today to buy a second one, and the right is what they had at Sephora.

I’m really confused as they don’t look the same, but the lady at Sephora told me that all they did was change the packaging (and also make it a smaller bottle without decreasing the price *side eye*). Does anyone have any information on this?
