The last one is the reference photo I gave the nail artist. He even took a photo of it and looked at it throughout the session. All I asked to be different is to just make the ring finger on both hands to be fully yellow and the rest yellow tips. And of course I wanted the dots. It doesn’t even slightly look like the photo.. I was so excited to get them done. I’m thinking of just getting them taken off.
I got them done at a local shop that stays busy but they were empty this specific day and when I went in I asked if walk ins were okay and the owner assured me it was fine and even offered to do my toes. Ugh I hate them so much.
I never get my nails done so I thought everything he was doing was correct and it would look good in the end, yet here I am.

I wouldn’t have left unless they did them again or gave me a full refund. This is horrible work. My 5 year old niece could do better than this.

i totally recommend looking into local artists! their prices are usually a little more reasonable and they will always check in on you during the process. and then you get to say you have your own nail person!! 😁

Why did you let her continue after the first 2-3 nails?

It’s crazy how people complain after the tech is already finished with both hands, then come to Reddit looking for validation.

I don’t think these are terrible!! But obviously not what you wanted.

    5. I’m sorry, thats so frustrating. I could understand if they didn’t have the right shade for that pastel yellow but there is no excuse for that pink base. I think you are fully within your rights to go back and ask them to fix it.
