      To be completely honest, no, this isn’t normal for Gel X. They have what is often called a ‘ski jump’ effect, meaning they are pointing upward. This usually happens if the tip size was wrong or applied at the wrong angle.

    2. I’m sorry but it is obvious and noticeable to others. It is also very likely to catch on everything and risk severally injuring yourself. They have done it incorrectly and you need to go and have it fixed.
      I hate confrontation as well so I get the anxiety that could cause you. I would just go back in and say “after I had these done they have been catching on things and it’s become an issue, could someone fix them please”.
