Hi, two weeks ago I got my first ever gel manicure, for a work event. I'm totally new to this. I think I need to now have it removed and someone told me I should try to make sure that it gets soaked off rather than filed off. True?
I greatly enjoyed how durable this manicure was. But I don't want to damage my nails. Is there any sort of in-between regular polish and a gel manicure that I might be able to apply and remove myself?
Also, I have a couple of nails that are prone to splitting and breaking, so I would love to have a solution like the gel manicure in terms of strengthening those nails for daily life.
