I placed orders on April 30 and May 1 while staying in the US because StyleKorean showed 3-5 days shipping/delivery. But both orders have been stuck on “Preparing” for 8–9 days now and i am unable to cancel.
I’ve tried emailing, raising tickets, and commenting on Instagram, but I’m getting no proper response.
At this point, even if they ship now, I may not be able to receive the packages before leaving the US. Really disappointed and stressed. Has anyone else faced this recently?
Any suggestions on how to actually contact them or speed things up or to cancel the orders?
