I went to Olive Young to see the new collaborations and decided to swatch most of the lip products! All products are labeled in the photos, and I tried to label them in detail.

Overall, I was a little disappointed with the swatches since I expected something more exciting for Pokémon as a theme. Most of them are repackaged products with barely any new colors. I decided not to buy anything because the colors were not intriguing enough for me.

Also this is my first post of this sub so let me know if I made any rule mistakes! Thanks~

My Opinion (In Order of Photos):

-BBIA Velvet Tint & Over glaze

I thought these were pretty and loved the firey red for Charizard! None of these left a stain after swatching. I like that BBIA committed to the red~

    -Naming (Various)

I really liked the eye pencils as they were very small. However they are very soft and break easily. I may purchase these later since I liked how long-lasting they were as I couldn't remove them for a while. The blushes were very ashy…… The lip products were nice but not exciting.

    -Colorgram Nude Blur Tint

    -Colorgram Fruity Glass Tint Glaze

    -Colorgram Fruity Glass Lip Serum

Colorgram was what I was most excited about but ended up being the most disappointing. The colors were very warm and not as cool toned as the online swatches. I was looking forward to the Ditto theme because I thought it would be a stronger purple, but it's much more warm and muted. None of them left a stain afterward.

    Tonymoly Waterful Syrup

    -Tonymoly Perfect Lip Shocking Tint

I was the most impressed with these as both the syrups and tints left STRONG stains! I was worried I wouldn't be able to swatch properly because the syrup left my arm so stained. That being said, I think the colors are again very warm and not exciting enough for me.

I think muted tones are just too strong this year despite such a fun brand collaboration. I wish they had taken more risks…

What do you guys think 🤔?
