What the ENTIRE fuck? That’s not even anywhere in the realm of “at least they tried, I guess, but not what you expect from a salon manicure” or even “damn, you can see what they were going for but even I could have done a better job at home and I’m as amateurish as it gets”.
That’s just… yeah, like I said: what the ENTIRE fuck? Like they didn’t even make even the most halfassed effort to give you what you asked for, except in the loosest sense where I guess they did indeed put some polish on your nails. Even though they injured you in the process.
They need to be giving you a full refund. And absolutely not some “oh we’ll redo it for you” nonsense, because a place that does *that* when shown the reference photo you provided has no business getting anywhere near your nails again.
