There was a question posted recently about how many untrieds people have and it inspired me to reorganize my collection. I decided to move all of the untrieds to a single location and I'm mildly overwhelmed at the sight. 😂 I'm not ready to go on a no buy (I've been doing a low buy this year) but I am determined to start trying these and moving them to their final organized homes. (Note: some have number stickers because I was doing a fantastic job of organizing them until I ran out of swatch book space lol).

When my box is full. If I destash and have space then I’m allowed to get as many as the space allows hahaha
I went on a no buy starting in November 25 and intend to last until this November. I went on my no buy with 97 polishes 17 of which were untried. It’s definitely been tempting to buy more but I feel it’s more rewarding to see my current collection being used up.
I have no idea, but I also just separated out my trieds from untrieds! I have a rule that unless I’m doing art or layering or a skittle, I’m not allowed to use something I’ve already used, so I have my drawers still organized by color, but I put all of my trieds in the back rows, so I am always looking right at my untrieds and I kinda love it.
I should be… my storage is full. But I just got some. I need to do a de stash.
For me it was when I got too overwhelmed to actually use my polishes.
The whole point is to use them… But, having a backlog of untrieds gave me analysis paralysis.
