THE BEST undereye setting powder; I originally purchased this 4+ years ago after a video by Rose Siard. sadly, I understand they changed the formula since then and it’s not as good?? Can anyone confirm before I repurchase…or can y’all recommend another undereye setting powder? I also love the Laura mercier one as well!
