Cracked Beginner’s Luck = “Scorchy but make it green”?

I almost didn't buy it, but I am so happy I picked up Cracked Beginner's Luck. Shown here with the Shimmer Hollow glass bead, left to right, 1 coat, no topcoat, over:

Sinful Colors Black on Black (I bumped it, so not v. smooth);

SH Insta Dri Re-Teal Therapy;

SH Hard As Nails Limestone;

I'm wearing Penelope Luz Wisteria in a tight glass bead. I experimented with layering the Cracked over that on my ring finger. It's okay, but I wouldn't do it again. Def like Beginner's Luck best over a solid, probably the Limestone.
