Green: ILNP’s Sour Apple over one coat of ILNP’s Canvas — sour apple is a jelly so if you want that intense neon look i recommend layering it over a white polish.
Sparkly Black: ILNP’s Cityscape (the prettiest sparkliest black ever)
Topper: Fancy Gloss’s Blackout
Topcoat: kbshimmer smooth moves (glitter grabber) and cuticula’s limitless quick dry topcoat
