Hi everyone! I bought two orders from StyleKorean on April 13th and 14th, during their Duty & Tax Payback promotion. I was supposed to be reimbursed my duty fees in the form of points (which were about $50 for both orders) on the 15th, but never got them. Tracking on my first order says it's in Alaska, even though the app says it's still being prepared. I received my second order two days ago. I contacted them via the in app chat, but they just referred me to the rules page, which I'm posting here. Am I missing something? Both orders were in the window, and none of the exclusions apply to either order. I responded to their response to tell them that, but haven't received a reply. Is there another way to contact them? I only made such large orders because I thought I would be reimbursed that $50. I normally order from Olive Young, this was my first StyleKorean order. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
