Is beautyandcosmeticsus.com a scam? They have so many Asian brands at ridiculous discounts, and it’s making me suspicious.

I think this site is too good to be true (second slide is the landing page). As much as I wish I could be proven wrong, seeing all these brands, including products that are out right now and not being discontinued, at such huge discounts is making my antennae vibrate. At the bottom it says they're a trusted dealer on Trustpilot, but I couldn't find any positive reviews to back that up. Anyone know anything?
