Is it tape? It’s definitely not the glitter filled tiny brush nail polishes that all the salons try to use. It’s incredibly hard to find a nail salon with tape so still searching but I don’t want the ugly cheap super yellow color. What on earth is it and how do I buy it?

This is clearly AI. You can get close if you go to an Asian country and get it done there. They are way ahead of western countries when it comes to products and execution.
Maybe try a Russian salon? Look into reviews with photos and see f that kind of gold is used in their salon before booking an appointment.
