I ordered the new Mooncat collection and Deadly Nightshade has some DEEP scratches (cracks?) on the inside of the bottle. Black Widow had some minor ones as well, but I let mooncat know about it as well anyway. They immediately sent out replacements for me and said they were notifying their quality assurance team.

Weren’t they having issues with their bottles at the same time last year?
If you flip the bottle so that side is down and shake it do the scratches go away? Does the mixing ball creature more lines? It looks like just pigment that has settled to me.
Thanks for flagging!! I had the same issue with my bottle and just thought it was random lines that would go away if I shook it…
I think I have that problem with a new bottle from HoloTaco as well. I was wondering why the lines won’t disappear but I didn’t think it could be a scratch inside 😳
Omg I can’t with bottlegate again. I thought they worked through this. 😭
