Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence – THE winter holy grail for my skin. My skin is naturally oily but in winter months can get drier, so I always use this to give by skin extra moisture along with my moisturiser. No breakouts, my skin doesn’t get too oily. It’s been a staple for years.
Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Probiotic Barrier Essence – meh is all I can say. I didn’t really see any difference in my skin when I used this and I didn’t re-purchase.

April Skin Carrotene IPMP Hydromelt Cleansing Balm – it worked fine as a cleansing balm but did sting my eyes a bit. I feel like there’s only so much a cleansing balm can do though, HOWEVER it is extremely important that you know it smells exactly like orange starburst. So good😭

VT Cosmetics PDRN Essence 100 – again, just fine, not worth the price IMO, however I did get it in a set for much cheaper. It just helped moisturise my face and helped it feel smoother, especially when used with the reedle shot 300, which I actually would recommend for people with acne and acne scarring, but if your skin is already in a good place I don’t see the point in purchasing this either.

The Inkey List Niacinamide Serum – the best Niacinamide serum IMO, helps with acne scarring and redness.

Fully Green Tomato Clay Mask Cleanser – I really feel like this helped reduce and soothe my acne, especially when I used it as a mask, hence the repurchase.

Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Airyfit Daily Sunscreen – one of my favourite SPFs, it dries down quickly with a soft matte finish. Wears well under makeup. It does have a weird smell when you first apply but this fades very quickly.

Nivea UV Super Water Gel – my HG body spf, dries down quickly, you can’t feel it once it had set, sadly I can’t use it as a face SPF as it makes my eyes sting like crazy.

Round Lab Birch Juice Sunscreen – I don’t get the hype at all. Took ages to dry down but still felt sticky all day, my face looked weirdly shiny. Just not comfortable to wear, not worth the price to me.

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule – my skin loves this stuff. It’s soothing, hydrating, and helps reduce redness. This is my summer HG.

K-Secret Seoul 1988 Serum – A staple in my routine, this has helped so much with acne scarring and helps my skin look smoother and brighter.

Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence – I used this for such a long time but I’ve just fallen out of love with it. It just doesn’t dry down, and feels sticky. There are lots of other affordable matte SPFs that I would choose instead.

Canmake Mermaid Gel UV – Honestly I feel like I was just delusional with this one. When I first started using it I thought it made my skin look glowing, blurred and almost pearlescent. Then one day I looked and realised it peels SO BADLY. On top of that, you get a weird white cast that’s pretty noticeable – I’m pale AF as well so you know it’s bad. It’s not even good under makeup. Never again.
