I saw this done with gel and wanted to try it with lacquer. I did a thin base coat of a silver linear holo and then a holographic glitter. I picked up the individual glitters and dabbed clear polish on the back before placing them. Once I was done with that I used Fancy Gloss and Cirque jellies that were really transparent and did thin lazy gradients around the nail. I finished with a coat of glitter grabber.
