
I had two packages hit customs in Alaska today. One cleared, and the other one got held up at customs. I received the following clearance exception on my AfterShip app below. I emailed YesStyle customer service twice but haven’t heard back yet except for some generic automatic email that they will get back to me as soon as they can. I also called FedEx and they were supposed to send me an email with some form that I’M supposed to fill out but I haven’t gotten anything yet. Anybody knows what this means? Both packages have sunscreen in them, but the package that was held was like all sunscreen versus the package that got cleared had one non sunscreen item too. I read on Reddit that the FDA is cracking down on sunscreens imported into the US because they have filters that the FDA doesn’t approve of. What is this form that they are asking for? Do I fill it out or does YesStyle fill it out? Thanks in advance for any information or help you can provide me. I really just want my sunscreens.
