Yeah you actually got a great deal for a design with charms especially. A set like this usually goes foe around $90+ these days. Gone are the days of $20 manicures if thats what you are remembering.

Definitely. Anything higher would be crazy. I do see the uneven edges but you could fix that with a regular file if you wanted!
