got these done at a very popular place in my area.. the whole set was 85 which i think is pretty good but the man doing them was very confusing. I asked him to cut down the nails numerous times (i’m a dancer) and he always said he would but never did.. he also looked shocked that i asked for french tips so i just went solid.
are these bad or am i just going crazy?

So my first question is are your nails naturally long or did you get extensions? If this is gel x it’s not fitted correctly because I can see your side wall (and it isn’t painted 😑.) If these are your natural nails then your side wall is completely demolished towards the start of your free edge. If these are acrylic then he didn’t fit the tips correctly and again it looks like you have no side wall. It’s poor structure but cuticle blending is nice 😅
