Probably the healthiest my nails have even been

Over the last few months I’ve been using Bert’s bees cuticle balm and hand salve and I’ve seen such a huge difference. My nails would break CONSTANTLY and were just over all brittle. Obviously it wasn’t just the products (I’ve been eating better/cleaner) but I really do think that they did make a huge difference in the strength of my nails and just the overall appearance of my hands
