Has anyone else ever had this happen? I got this Dr Althea 345 cream a few weeks ago, and the tip suddenly snapped off this morning as I was trying to close it. I’ve never had this happen before with any other product, so I was wondering if this is a known problem? Should I maybe contact the brand about it or just get a new one? I now have to store it upright otherwise it leaks everywhere..
