I’m not sure it’s only in Korea. Most countries have different pricetags for tourists and they try to upsell everything. At least the countries I have been, were like that
Maybe it’s just me but I feel like a few weeks is nowhere near enough to schedule a good quality plastic surgery.

I think upselling is very common these days at all these clinics everywhere. Just tell them no thank you and to stick to the script
Omg girl don’t do it. Scientists literally [just finally mapped](https://www.theguardian.com/society/2026/mar/29/full-network-clitoral-nerves-mapped-out-first-time-women-pelvic-surgery) the clitoral nerves, and that means that all previous education on performing labiaplasty was taught WITHOUT that map. At minimum please wait a few years for the ramifications of this research to unfold, and then only seek a surgeon who advertises that they’ve adapted the procedure based on this mapping. And don’t do it unless your body is preventing YOU from having a good time, ignore every man’s opinion.
