Magnetic polishes and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 are two of my current obsessions so I immediately bought the new collection from Tyche. Here are some comparisons to other polishes I have (all 2 coats over 1 coat Orly One Night Stand, no topcoat, magnetized glass bead for ~30sec).

MC Claire de Lune (L pointer) vs Tyche Stendhal (L middle): not particularly similar, CdL is more opaque

Clionadh Psilocybin (L ring) vs Tyche Flying Waters (L pinky): colors are identical, Flying Waters particles are a little finer

BKL Beautiful in my Darkness (L thumb) vs Tyche Unpaint Me (R thumb): Tyche has chunkier particles and more of a green-black

BKL That Word Means Everything to Him (R pointer) vs Tyche Gommage (R middle): Tyche has chunkier, more red-orange particles but overall coloring is similar

BKL Mother was Mine (R ring) vs Tyche Burning Canvas (R pinky): Tyche has some orange in it and chunkier particles

Overall I found the Tyche polises easy to work with and magnetize. They’re a thin, buildable formula that I’m looking forward to doing some layering experiments with. The brushes are a little wide for my taste. Price is similar to other brands ($15/15mL bottle, variety of discount codes available).
