Handaiyan Blurring Balm

As you see I've cleared a lot of the "mouldy" parts using tape and careful application. It's not mold it's foundation bits sticking onto the surface. The whole thing weights 18.53g now. It was 19ish in my last post. now I know to dab a lot of times onto the pan to extract enough powder, then lightly dab on the face, avoiding heavy hand to prevent foundation from sticking onto my puff and onto the pan again. I use tape regularly to clean the product surface of stuck foundation.
