“Partner” is enough disclosure according the FTC, but it should be hard to miss and also should be in the video as well as the description

Everytime influencers so this, I want to take the time to point out that a quick splash or dunk test really means nothing. It’s not a big flex. It won’t tell you how the product performs over a day. You can test this out at a home.
idk it always feels intentional when creators avoid just saying #ad straight up. like why make it confusing if there’s nothing to hide
